Ready, Set, Spring: Part One

Ready, Set, Spring: Part One

Spring is right around the corner, and one of my favorite trends is circling back around. "Sets" are stepping back into the spot light and I couldn't be more excited. They're easily on the top of my list of Spring trends to try, for the simple fact that they are SO versatile. I love buying items that I can wear over and over in countless ways. Whether you go with a full printed look, like below, or you break each piece up, the possibilities are endless.

Im so excited to release part one of this Spring sets series. Instead of saving the best for last, I'm opening with the more exciting set of the two that I'll be showcasing. This printed two-piece was an instant "YES" for me. I usually never opt for anything like this, but Spring is the best season for trying something new. The color scheme and major feminine vibe of this ensemble made me feel so girly in the best way possible. It really is nice to embrace that side from time to time (even for this tomboy). The floral print made me feel like I should be vacationing on a tropical island.

These would be the perfect pieces to bring with you on your next getaway. Wear them together, like shown, for an intimate dinner or night out on the town or separate them for some unexpected looks. I'd pair the bubble sleeved crop top with my favorite high-waisted denim shorts and strappy sandals. The full bodied skirt would look great with a worn in tee and some funky slides. Whichever way you style it, this set should definitely be in your suitcase for your next rendezvous.
