Not Too Feminine

I am a total tomboy at heart. I grew up being "one of the boys" and I've always preferred casual clothes to dresses any day. But, being an adult, there are many occasions that I need to look cute and put together. I don't think I will ever be comfortable in a form fitting dress, so finding flowy dresses that don't look to "hippie-ish" is my mission.

Along came this absolutely essential Kori America dress! I completely fell in love with the subtle feminine touches that weren't overwhelmingly girly. The flared bottom and lace detailing gave me the right amount of flirty, while the sleeveless cut and simple striped pattern kept the dress low key. I'm obsessed with the fact that this dress could easily be transitioned into Fall (Which is right around the corner! Ahhh!). The muted color palette was definitely one of my favorite aspects of this piece as well.
